Working along side a local engineering company, the task was a complete custom built assembly machine for an agricultural application in Northern NSW. The project had a long list of engineering challenges, in which we developed and trialled in our workshop. The system had multiple technology's in play such as pneumatics, vibratory feeders , laser distance & profile detection sensors, data basing, remote access, vision systems and was handling sensitive live product. Once installed and commissioned the system has now enabled the customer to target a key KPI in units per hour throughput.

We assisted a client by integrating a new motion control system for a meat processing plant, that automatically syncs two chain lines on start-up and allows them full manual control individually when they need it.

Customer Facing Web Portal
Working in with a customer on an existing concept they had developed, distributing product out of low flying planes into crops, we were able to take it to the next level. The new system now takes into account the speed of the plane and automatically adjusts to meet a unit per hectare setpoint using on-board telemetry. This setpoint & others such as customer details, totals and real-time temperatures, is controlled from a custom build application running on an android tablet. To really round out the data acquisition, the system is plotting GPS locations on a google map overlay. Ready for the pilot to hand over a neatly packaged PDF report to his client.

We recently developed a new web portal for a client that provides improved functionality for their internal production managers, but also allows there customers to access real-time data on their product.

A customer came to us with a Roll Former that was very basic in design and operated manually by joysticks. Working in with their internal team members, together we were able to fully automate the former allowing complete recipe controlled part ID creation and processing.

In collaboration with Reform3D, React Automation completed a research and development project building a recycled plastic large-format 3D printer. We developed a custom software package that allows high-volume printing exceeding 15kg/hr at 3000mm/min on industrial hardware. With this system, changes can be made 'on-the-fly' while printing, which allows for rapid prototyping and cost-effective manufacturing.
